Am I in Site Manager Or cPanel Hosting



Your Account is in CHI if:
  • You received a notification that your account is in CHI.
  • To access your control panel you go to chi.westhost.com
  • If your name servers are, or point to:
    • dns1.westhost.com
    • dns2.westhost.com
    • dns3.westhost.com

 


 Your Account is in Site Manager if:

  • You signed up for your current WestHost hosting account before November 2009
  • To access your control panel you go to your-domain.com/manager
  • If your name servers are, or point to,
    • ns1.west-datacenter.net
    • ns2.west-datacenter.net

 


Your Account is in cp.westhost.com if:

  • You are a Cloud Hosting, Reseller, or Dedicated Server client
  • To access your control panel you go to cp.westhost.com
  • If your name servers are, or point to:
    • sns1.westservers.net
    • sns2.westservers.net

      or
       
    • ns1.westservers.net
    • ns2.westservers.net
