If you cannot get into PHPMyAdmin you might have reset the password from within that tool -- which breaks it. Please update your password for cPanel from https://cp.westhost.com/ >> Change Password(s) and that should fix it.

Since PHPMyAdmin and MySQL are installed at the root, you cannot manually modify passwords from inside your account without causing possible issues.
