Why Am I Unable To Ping My Server's IP


The most common issue is an unpaid invoice, so be sure to check your billing to verify that nothing is overdue.

If you are cleared through billing but cannot ping the IP for your server, try connecting through the console in IPMI to ensure you can get to the server and manage it there. You could have the SSH service disabled or may have blocked external traffic.
