Default Primary Domain DocumentRoot: the folder where the website files for your primary domain should go
    /var/www/html

MySQL: your MySQL databases are stored in folders in this directory, in raw format.
    /var/lib/mysql

Uebimiau client folders: the webmail program Uebimiau stores the address book and other folders in this directory, this is only if you have this tool installed via Site Manager
    /usr/local/uebimiau

Roundcube config: the webmail program Roundcube can be edited using the files in this directory
    /var/www/html/roundcube/config

AWStats stats log files: the stat program AWStats stores your old visitor data in this directory
    /var/lib/awstats
