If you cancel your account, there is a possibility we could re-activate the service for you. WestHost will delete the account contents from the servers on the day that it is cancelled and closed. However, we do maintain backups so we may be able to recover and restore data if you contact us within 24 hours. You will be asked to pay a file restore fee of $95.00 per hour with a one hour minimum.
Re-activations are not guaranteed and can only be performed by the Billing and Accounts team who are available Monday through Friday from 8am - 5pm MST.
