Go to your mail program, and change the outgoing server settings to match the settings below. Also, make sure your mail program is authenticating with the outgoing server using the same information as the incoming server.
This may vary slightly depending on the Email Client you are using such as Outlook, Outlook Express, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, etc.:
Your ISP may be blocking port 25 which is becoming more and more common. This is a method imposed to prevent spammers from sending e-mails from their location and making it harder to send spam.
You can manually configure your mail client using the settings below:
Username: | youremailaddress@yourdomain.com |
Password: | Use the email account’s password. |
Incoming Server: | your_server_name_can_be_found_in_cpanel_on_the_left_side
|
Outgoing Server: | your_server_name_can_be_found_in_cpanel_on_the_left_side
|
Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP. |

Password: | Use the email account’s password. |
Incoming Server: | mail.yourdomain.com
