You can view all of your tickets on one page by logging into CHI at chi.westhost.com. Once you have logged into CHI, select the ‘Support’ tab on the left-hand side of your screen.
From this page, click on the ‘View All Tickets’ tab. This will show you a list of all of your tickets. The list will appear on the left-hand side of your screen.
From this screen, you can select tickets you want to view or reply to from here.
To reopen any ticket, you can just send us a reply. If you need to contact us for another reason, please consider opening a new ticket.
