In the first nine fields, enter your company's contact information. Note, that you must enter an e-mail address.

Select the preferred language for your alert messages.

Select the Enable Alerts checkbox to provide the following quota alerts (Messages are sent every 12 hours at 18:00 and 6:00 (6:00AM and 6:00PM)

Finally, click the Modify button.
