Knowledgebase

Each user role has the following properties:

• Role Name: Name of user role

• ID: Internal ID number of user role.

• Description: One-line description of user role. This field may be left blank.

• Enabled: The  sign indicates that the user role is enabled for the user(s). The sign indicates that the user role is disabled for the user(s).

• Permissions: List of allowed components -

  • View: The user may only view this component.

  • Add: The user may add objects to this component.

  • Edit: The user may modify existing objects in this component.

  • Delete: The user may remove existing objects in this component.

  • Open Site Manager: Enable the user to open the proprietary Site Manager of the component.
