Below the basic settings of your Opening and Closing Hours section, there are additional options to customize the Advanced Display Options. In this article, we will walk through what each option means and how it will make changes to your StarterSite.
First Day of the Week
This option allows you to start your calendar week with either Sunday or Monday.
Day Format
This option allows you to present abbreviations for the days of the week rather than the whole word, depending on how you would like the week to appear on your site.
Time Format
This option allows you to choose from a 24-hour day or a 12-hour day using am/pm.
Date Format
This option allows you to choose between a full date appearance or a simplified numeral representation.
Date Component Order
This option allows you to choose whether you would like the day of the month or the month to appear first. For example, for April 1 you can choose between 4/1 and 1/4.
Identical Rows Display
This option allows you to determine how simplified you would like your calendar rows, or if you would rather have the entire date sequence written out on your site.
Once you have made changes to the Opening Hours Advanced Display Options section, you will be able to see a full-screen example of your StarterSite by clicking the Preview button.
