If you are on Site Manager, use the tool at http://netstatus.westhost.com/
 
To locate your server name in cPanel, follow the steps below:

1. Login to your cPanel.
   
   
2. Click on Expand Stats on the lower left-hand side of your cPanel account page
   
   
   
   
3. Scroll down till you see the Server Name field
