One of the e-commerce options available through cPanel >> Softaculous, this application can be tough to wrestle with if you need to make slight modifications after an install.

If you would like to make changes and need to see the configuration file, it should be in something like: app/etc/local.xml

If you make a change and don’t see it make a difference when you test in a browser, in addition to clearing out your browser cache you may also need to clear the Magento cache as well. That’s found in var/cache/

You can either backup and replace that whole folder, or backup the files/folders within the cache folder to allow a new cache to be generated there.
