Create and define users with specific privileges for each feature of Server Manager.
For example: A user may be defined to allow only to define service packages and view the inventory status.
Before creating users, you must create at least one User Role.
The tab displays the following:
Data Filter: Filter the data viewed in the table by username, description, User Role name, or user login name. To filter the data:
Select the filter from the dropdown menu.
Enter filter data in the text field and click the Filter button.
For example, if you would like to view all users whose creator name begins with 'ad' then enter:
The table includes the following information on each user Role:
Username: Name of user.
Description: Description of user (This field may be blank).
Enabled: Specifies whether the user is enabled for use.
Role Name: Name of user role that is associated with the user.
Last Login Time: Most recent date and time when this user has logged in.
For more details on a specific user, click on its name.
Click on the Add New User button to add a user.
To remove a user, click on the checkbox next to the user(s) you want to delete, and then click the Remove Selected Items button.
