Note: This guide is for MIVA Merchant 5. If you are still using MIVA Merchant V4, please see the correct guide here.
To Export your MIVA Merchant V5 Products, follow the steps below:
1) Log into Miva Merchant Admin. The URL should be in this format:
yourdomain.com/mm5/admin.mvc
2) On the left side of your screen, expand the Utilities option., and choose Export Data.
3) Select the type of export – in this case, Products.
4) Enter the requested information for your data export.
5) At this point, MIVA Merchant should have exported the flat file to a file location similar to /home//htsdata/Merchant5/s01/export/products.csv.
6) You can then download the products.csv file via either an FTP program or your File Manager.
7) Follow the same steps to export customers, categories, orders, etc.
