Exporting Contacts via Webmail:

1. Firstly you will need to login to webmail, please see this guide for assistance - How to login to Webmail
   
1. Please note: If you are wanting to export contacts prior to migrating to our new email platform, please use this link for webmail
   
2. Once logged into webmail, click "Contacts" from the menu on the left hand side

3. Then click the folder where your contact data is stored:
   
   
   
   
4. Then select the Export button, from here you can either export all, or export a selection of contacts:
   
   
   
   
5. This will then create and download a .vcf file which contains your contact data. This file can then be used to import this data into another webmail or email client.
   

Importing Contacts via Webmail:

1. Firstly you will need to login to webmail, please see this guide for assistance - How to login to Webmail
   
2. Once logged into webmail, click "Contacts" from the menu on the left hand side:
   
   
   
   
3. Choose the group within which you want to store the contact data:
   
   
   
   
4. Then click "Import" from the menu across the top:
   
   
   
   
5. In the pop-up window you can select the .vcf file you wish to import, choose whether you also want to import the groups and whether you wish to replace the existing address book entries:
   
   
   
   
6. Click Import and this will upload the .vcf file and import the contents of it into your address book in webmail.
