This article is for cPanel Accounts. Determine where your account is with this guide.
To change the contact information on your account, please login at https://cp.westhost.com/
Click on the icon “Contact Information” icon.
If the contact name is changed, it will automatically remove any credit card information from the account.
You will need to add the credit card again. Please be sure the email address on file is valid at all times.
You can update the credit card information through Billing >> Credit Cards.
