How Are Domain Registration Services Renewed

Clients with domain registration services are notified by email 90 days in advance of their expiration dates and invoiced 45 days before the domain name expires. Payment arrangements should be made before the domain's expiration date to avoid a disruption of service. If you wish to pay for more than a one-year renewal, you can do this directly in your control panel before the invoice is generated. If the request comes after the domain has been invoiced please notify the billing team by email (billing@westhost.com) and specify the number of years. To renew the domain name please log into your billing control panel and pay online. If you wish to authorize further charges please notify our billing department by email to arrange future billings.
